PPS-SyNet Americas Welcomes J. David Jarvis to the Team

PPS International Limited-SyNet Americas is pleased to share that J. David Jarvis has joined our team as VP, Strategic Consulting and Development. In this new role, David will collaborate with our clients to align talent development solutions to client business initiatives. David’s oversight will include needs assessment, solution architecture, project management of design and development initiatives and key account management.

David brings over a decade of experience as a global and strategic leader of talent development within multi-national corporations, leading teams of regional learning leaders and managing multi-million dollar projects.

Never content with the status quo, he continuously challenges organizations to influence and shape the learning culture to support the development of their employees. David’s expertise includes learning reinforcement, manager enablement, learning technologies, competency models, evaluation and measurement, sales enablement and leader development. He is also a skilled facilitator with multiple professional certifications.

David is a curious, life-long learner who defines his purpose as enabling others to find their path to authenticity in the workplace. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Indiana Chapter of the Association of Talent Development and contributes to the University of Indianapolis’ Institute for Postindustrial Leadership.
