Leadership is needed for problems that do not have easy answers. The big problems of the day are complex, filled with paradoxes and dilemmas and leaders need skills to navigate themselves and their teams through rough waters. In this program, individuals are introduced to the change cycle, types of change and strategies to navigate through the complexity, using information-gathering and other tools. We also discuss enlisting others and team development in order to sharpen the skills necessary for navigating turbulent times.
