Strategic Thinking & Planning

In this program, leaders learn a simplified strategic planning process with a focus on creating a usable and workable plan that others will support for it’s lifespan.

Most companies invest a great deal of time and resources in creating their strategic plans. After making the investment, leaders within the organization can walk away feeling overwhelmed, unsure, and overloaded with information. Sometimes, after all the effort and energy put into developing a strategic plan, the plan is “put away” and not used as a tool for making business decisions, running operations, and dealing with customers and vendors. In this program, leaders learn a simplified strategic planning process with a focus on creating a usable and workable plan that others will support for it’s lifespan.
