Team Effectiveness with DiSC

Participants discover different ways to adapt to styles to bring more results for the team.

When a team is working well, productivity is high and interactions between team members runs smoothly; collaboration moves projects forward. When team members don’t recognize and manage personal preferences and adapt to their team members’ needs, it can be challenging. Opposing personalities and working styles have the potential to drain team effectiveness–but also to be leveraged for better team harmony and collaboration. In this program, teams learn how to recognize and use knowledge of DiSC to work more effectively with others.
