Change is one of the most challenging aspects of working in a team. Often, team members are responsible for their own individual projects and tasks, while at the same time needing to adjust to and lead changes. In a team, being interconnected means that if some members of the team aren’t savvy around changes, it can hold up progress for the entire group. In this program, team members become aware of the dynamics of working in a team during change and how best to support one another.
