Wellbeing While Working From Home

Learn about the keys to leadership that supports employee wellness and ultimately sustainable productivity.

We know that stressful circumstances abound in our current environment and the role of managers checking in on employees to see when and if support is needed is more important now than ever. With more people both choosing and needing to work from home, individuals want to have effective productivity and maintain stress levels. In a work from home situation, it can be challenging to manage stress, activity and rest levels as work and home boundaries become blurred. This webinar packs in tips about how to break up and structure the day to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

In this program, participants use the Lifestyle Assessment to analyze their own level of wellbeing around three pillars: stimulation, activity and recovery. Leaders focus on their own wellbeing and then learn ways to create an environment of wellbeing while teleworking.
