The Inclusive Leadership Profile™ (ILP™) is a virtual self-assessment tool that evaluates the the level that an individual applies principles and practices to build and sustain an inclusive environment. The standard version assesses levels of awareness-, knowledge-, behavior- and impact-readiness based on a self-evaluation of the frequency with which participants engage in specific behaviors and practices. This application enhances global leadership development, inclusive development, global innovation, collaboration and global organization performance.
